with heavy hearts

We have some sad news to report. Our cat McGee died. It happened very quickly and we are still trying to recover. I haven't felt much like blogging for awhile - We've spent more time just sitting with Molly the cat since she is having the hardest time adjusting. Dave and I got McGee 9 years ago, which just wasn't enough time. This has been hard for us to face and very hard for the kids to fully understand. One minute it seems that they understand and then Emma will ask God to please send McGee back home safely. I know we'll get through this but we just need some more time. We miss you McGee!
