We had lunch in Santee at the only Sonic Burger in town now. It was HOT so we kept the A/C on, placed our order and waited for the car hop to skate our food out to our car. The kids thought this was the coolest thing. The food was good but it wasn't like the A & W in Encinitas that Dave and I remember going to when we were kids. I could go for a gallon of root beer right now....
